ደም መለገስ በፍላጎት/በፈቃደኝነት ላይ ተመስርቶ የሚደረግ በጎ ተግባር ነዉ፡፡ እርስዎ ደም ለመስጠት ተስማምተሁ ከለገሱ በኃላ ደሙ ለሌላ የሰዉ ደም ለሚያስፈልገዉ ግለሰብ ይለገሳል፡፡

በ 2050 የወባ በሽታ ከዓለማችን ሊጠፋ ይችላል ተባለ
ዓለማችን በ2050 ከወባ በሽታ ነጻ ልትሆን ትችላለች። በሰው ልጆች ታሪክ ብዙ ዓመታትን ያስቆጠረውና ሚሊየኖቸን የገደለው የወባ በሽታ በዚህ ትውልድ እድሜ ሊጠፋ እንደሚችል አንድ ጥናት ጠቆመ።
በየዓመቱ 200 ሚሊየን ሰዎች በወባ በሽታ የሚያዙ ሲሆን ብዙ ህጻናት ደግሞ በዚህ ምክንያት ህይወታቸውን ያጣሉ።

The World Health Organization (WHO) and football’s world governing body, FIFA, today agreed a four-year collaboration to promote healthy lifestyles through football globally.
WHO Director-General Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus and FIFA President Gianni Infantino signed the memorandum of understanding at WHO’s Geneva-based headquarters.

13 September 2019: Millions of patients are harmed each year due to unsafe health care worldwide resulting in 2.6 million deaths annually in low-and middle-income countries alone. Most of these deaths are avoidable. The personal, social and economic impact of patient harm leads to losses of trillions of US dollars worldwide.
